Miss Temple Barr: “A lawyer, you say? It was in the Tarot.”

Mr. Matt: “You mentioned all sort of high-tined occupations: Empress, and these here Hierophants, but no layers”.

 Miss Temple Barr: “But I told you that Libra was a key. Do you not see? Libra’s symbol is the scales.”

Mr. Matt: “I like fish myself.”

 Miss Temple Barr: “No, that is Pisces, you fool.”

 Mr. Matt: “I thought the Fool was one of your fancy cards”.

Miss Temple Barr:  it is. The scales that represent Libra is that metal instrument used to weigh goods-“

 Mr. Matt: “Aw, why did you not say so in the first place? I have seen the like in several meat shops”.

Miss Temple Barr: “And,” and….. The scales are used as the symbol of justice.”

 Mr. Matt: “So there is your lawyer predicted by the cards, if you were intelligent enough to see it.”Your cards always predict what has already happened, what else you claim?”

Miss Temple Barr: “The Card didn’t mention anything about me.”

Mr. Matt: “The Card spoke. You did not listen.”

Purpose:  Believe of Miss Temple Barr card can predict what has already happened.

Problem:

·         Miss Temple Barr not believe of her Libra Card can predict what has already happened; she just knows that Libra’s symbol is the scales. And the scales are used as the symbol of justice.

·         Miss Temple Barr mentioned her Husband was Fool, because of her Husband said the wrong name of horoscope “fish” and she justified, and then she said “Pisces” to her husband.

·         Mr. Matt considered of Fool was one of Miss Temple Barr fancy Cards.

Conclusions:

Miss Temple Barr didn’t know the prognosis her Libra card; she just knew that Libra’s symbol was the scales. And the scales are used as the symbol of justice, and her husband also didn’t know about horoscope, because he mentioned his horoscope “fish” not “Pisces” but Mr. Matt knew that Libra card of his wife can predict what has already happened. And he tried to indicate his wife of Libra Card.

Fact:

Libra was only the name of horoscope, Miss Temple Barr didn’t believe that her Libra Card can predict what has already happened, and Libra was also the symbol of justice, and the justice used in the court, and Miss Temple Barr saw the lawyer, but she still asked her husband to corroborate her proof.

            Ini merupakan tugas yang ke 6, tentang menganalisa sebuah bacaan, yang saya dapatkan sebelum mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan tugas ini adalah;

1.      Saya menjadi paham step-step yang harus saya lakukan, dengan adanya hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan.

2.      Mengetahui bahwa menganalisa sebuah masalah itu harus ada penyebab yang jelas mengapa hal demikian dapat terjadi.

3.      Berusaha menjadi seorang yang mampu terlibat dalam sebuah percakapan, dan berusaha terjun dalam pembicaraan tersebut sehingga dapat  menjadikan sebuah cermin,

Namun sebelum saya mengerjakan tugas ke 6 ini, saya berusaha dengan cara memahami apa yang telah dijelaskan dalam soft file yang ada, dan menggabungkan dengan semua penjelasan yang saya terima saat dijelaskan dikelas , tugas ke 6 ini saya rasa lebih mudah, dalam arti saya paham dengan apa yang dibicarakan. Bahwa sebuah tujuan dari adanya percakapan, dugaan kita, pandangan kita terhadap tokoh-tokoh.

Saya rasa waktu untuk mengerjakan sangat lebih dari cukup, jika kita paham apa yang harus kita lalukan dan paham tentang apa yang harus ditulis. Pemahaman setiap aspek yang harus dianalisa, dari tujuan sampai sudut pandang, dan penjelasan yang cukup jelas langsung merujuk pada sasaran.

Awalnya memang bingung, karena contoh yang diberikan, selalu berbeda dan terkadang membingungkan, namun jika dipahami secara mendalam, setiap contoh yang diberikan adalah merujuk pada satu tujuan yaitu paham, dan mendapatkan gambaran yang dapat diterapkan saat mengaplikasikan apa yang telah dipahami.

Assumptions:

Mr. Matt Devine is assuming that Mrs. Temple Barr card’s can speak, and he considered that Mrs. Temple Barr didn’t listen it. And Mr. Matt Devine was angry to her wife when she mentioned that he was a fool man. Further, He is assuming that the Fool is one of Mrs. Temple Barr fancy cards. While Mrs. Temple Barr is assuming that the scales that represent Libra is metal instrument used to weigh goods-

Concepts:

. There are 3 key concepts in the reasoning: fool , the name of horoscope: Libra and Pisces,

Implications:

            Mrs. Temple Barr and Mr. Matt Devine is a couple of a relationship, but they hadn’t enough knowledge of Horoscope. They had difference opinions; they showed their knowledge of horoscope when they debate of the Libra Card. Mr. Matt Devine considered that the Libra Card can predict what has already happened. And Mrs. Temple Barr explained to her husband about the Libra’s symbol was the scales and she was not believed that her card can predict what has already happened.

Point of view:

            Both Mrs. Temple Barr and Mr. Matt Devine blamed each other; because of they hadn’t enough knowledge of horoscope and their opinions of Libra card were difference, but they always had a way to help themselves. Both of them always maintained of their ego, one of them not want to lose, both see themselves as leader.
