evidence

While
character education and values clarification approaches can have merit, as a
reader of this internet magazine, hopefully you have learned that these methods
always fail with about 11-14% of youngsters.

These
youngsters lack a conscience or remorse, so character end and values
clarification methods simply won't work at all since those methods require that
the child be able to care and have compassion. Since conduct disorders are the
most misbehaved students of all, they are also often the bullies. Now, you know
why conventional approaches may have limited success reducing bullying.

But
it is not the law that children raised in violence inevitably will be violent.
Part of the problem is that youth professionals still use one-size-fits-all
methods to work with students. Students are not all the same, and until
professionals learn to choose different methods for different types of
students, then it may seem that "nothing works" with some
out-of-control youngsters

Sadly,
only mental health workers are usually taught to take this step, and other
youth professionals are often not provided this vital information-- information
that can literally change the future for many youngsters.

TRUTH
just because a child is raised around hitting, screaming and threats, does not
condemn that youngster to be that way. Certainly, teaching peaceful behavior is
a much more difficult task when a student's dad is threatening and coercing his
offspring, but it is not the law that children raised in violence inevitably
will be violent.
The conclusions:
ü The fail of
the character education and the value are 11-14% because it is like a reader of
magazine or internet, and learn the method of bully.
ü The lack of youngsters is conscience
or remorse, so the method of bullying is not work normally. They can also
bullies, so it is not the good character of students.
ü Actually the students are not same,
they are different, and they have many characters, so we must learn with a
different method, so it will be better than we subjected them with the same
method, because sometime they can’t be controlled.
ü It is very sad, that The staff, who he or she working focus in health
just know the step to treat the youngsters who
they contaminated with alcohol, so another youngsters are often not provide the
top information of the worker health. They were like an egoist person.
ü Raised in
violence of the students with the same method of bully will not work, because
the character of them (students) are not same.
ü
Learn
with a peace is not easy, it is very difficult, it is the task of the father is
threatening coercing his offspring.
ü Hitting,
screaming and threats are the fact of the bully, but it was not the best way.
My judgment
The Surprising Truth about Bullying and Bullies is
very nice article to read. The author expresses his opinion, the entire
positive and the negative of Bullying, he expresses also the benefit of the
method and differentiate that the students are not same, so the method of
bullying them must see the character, it grounded on the character of education
and value, it will be success if the person learn with peacefulness or
tranquility, it is the difficult task to do right?.
Attention is not focused on the meeting or workshop,
the author wrote that “When youth professionals focus solely or primarily
on bullying, it may be a bit like seeing the forest but not the trees” I’m very agree
with the written of author , the youth will be best, if the person did the best
on their life, in here the author purpose to us, not only focus on bullying,
but focus on the problem and the effect of bully, the bully is not bullying the
students or child when they did mistake, but the bully will be a motivation, if
they use a character education and the
value.
I’m
very like the written of author “In reality, there are methods that can make
a huge difference helping children raised in violence to forgo aggression, but
first, youth professionals must start using these more targeted, sophisticated
approaches. Often, when "nothing works," you are working with a
conduct disordered child, and switching to a different set of tools can make a
huge difference. It tells us, there are method can change children to think
that the violence is not best to solve the problem. The youngster must to
choose the way, the first is approximation method, and it will be work if the
youngsters allowing the children to solve the problem with their way, and the
youngsters keep on cared for the children.
I
think to regard of children with the peacefulness
is difficult, especially for youngsters. But the problem can solve by the
bully, but keep on the character education and the value. And not judge the
children are same, because they have different character and the emotional of
them are different, the youngsters learn with a peacefulness or tranquility to
care of children. The youth is the golden time of life, monitoring of children
is important. But if they did something mistake, don’t be bullying them, but the
first method is approximation method, asked them to tell us, what is the
problem of them.
